用过m25p16存储器的请教 |

M25P16的操作，有一个9v的电压，是不是必不可少？ 看了半天没有明白。 我现在只是简单的数据存储和读取，不要那么复杂。 用过的能帮忙说一下它的使用情况吗 谢谢 |

冬发兄，多多发财 Write Protect/Enhanced Program supply voltage (W/VPP) W/VPP is both a CONTROL input and a POWER supply pin. The two functions are selected by the voltage range applied to the pin. If the W/VPP input is kept in a low voltage range (0V to VCC) the pin is seen as a CONTROL input. This input signal is used to freeze the size of the area of MEMORY that is protected against program or erase instructions (as specified by the values in the BP2, BP1 and BP0 bits of the Status Register). If VPP is in the range of VPPH it acts as an additional POWER supply pin. In this case VPP must be stable until the Program/Erase algorithm is completed. 呵呵，我的手册上没有这些(M25P32.pdf) Write Protect (W). The main purpose of this input signal is to freeze the size of the area of MEMORY that is protected against program or erase instructions (as specified by the values in the BP2, BP1 and BP0 bits of the Status Register). |

请教M25P**的操作 发兄你好： 有个问题想请教一下：因为数据量比较大，我现在用M25P32做数据存储器，好像没有更好的选择。 但这种器件在页编程的时候，是不是只能总每一页的起始地址存储数据？不能从任意地址开始吗？ 我的每次存储数据在10个字节左右，这样不是要浪费很多地址吗？ 不知道的理解对不对，请多多指教！ The Page Program (PP) instruction is entered by driving Chip SELECT (S) Low, followed by the instruction code, three address bytes and at least one data byte on Serial Data Input (D). If the 8 least significant address bits (A7-A0) are not all zero, all transmitted data that goes beyond the end of the current page are programmed from the start address of the same page (from the address whose 8 least significant bits (A7-A0) are all zero). Chip SELECT (S) must be driven Low for the entire duration of the sequence. |
