  1、TLC5951

  说明:The TLC5951 is a 24-channel, constant-current sink driver. Each channel has an individually-adjustable, 4096-step, pulse width modulation (PWM) grayscale (GS) brightness control and 128 step constant-current dot correction (DC). The dot correction adjusts brightness deviation between channels and other LED drivers. The output channels are grouped into three groups of eight channels. Each channel group has a 256-step global brightness control (BC) function and an individual grayscale clock input.

  GS, DC, and BC data are accessible via a serial interface port. DC and BC can be programmed via a dedicated serial interface port.

  The TLC5951 has three error detection circuits for LED open detection (LOD), LED short detection (LSD), and thermal error flag (TEF). LOD detects a broken or disconnected LED while LSD detects a shorted LED. TEF indicates an over-temperature condition.

  2、TPS61500

  说明:The TPS61500 is a monolithic switching regulator with integrated 3-A, 40-V power switch. It is an ideal driver for high brightness 1-W or 3-W LED. The device has a wide input voltage range to support application with input voltage from multi-cell batteries or regulated 5-V, 12-V power rails.

  The LED current is set with an external sensor resistor R3, and the feedback voltage that is regulated to 200-mV by current mode PWM (pulse width modulation) control loop, as shown in the typical application. The device supports analog and pure PWM dimming methods for LED brightness control. Connecting a capacitor to the DIMC pin configures the device to be used for analog dimming, and the LED current varies proportional to the duty cycle of an external PWM signal. Floating the DIMC pin configures the IC for pure PWM dimming with the average LED current being the PWM signal''s duty cycle times a set LED current.

  The device features a programmable soft-start function to limit inrush current during start-up, and has built-in other protection features, such as pulse-by-pulse over current limit, over voltage protection and thermal shutdown. The TPS61500 is available in 14-pin HTSSOP package with PowerPad.

  3、TPS60252

  说明:The TPS60250/2 are high efficiency, constant frequency charge pump DC/DC converters that use dual mode 1× and 1.5× conversions to maximize efficiency over the input voltage range. The devices drive up to five white LEDs for the main display and up to two white LEDs for the sub display with regulated constant current for uniform intensity. By utilizing adaptive 1×/1.5× charge pump modes and very low-dropout current regulators, the TPS60250/2 achieve high efficiency over the full 1-cell lithium-battery input voltage range.

  Four enable inputs, ENmain, ENsub1, ENsub2, and ENaux, available through the I2C, are used for simple on/off controls for the independent main, sub1, sub2, and DM5 displays, respectively. To lower the operating current when using one sub display LED, the devices provide completely separate operation for the sub display LEDs.

  The TPS60250/2 are available in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm thin QFN.

  4、TLC5941-Q1

  说明:The TLC5941 is a 16-channel, constant-current sink, LED driver. Each channel has an individually adjustable 4096-step grayscale PWM brightness control and a 64-step constant-current sink (dot correction). The dot correction adjusts the brightness variations between LED channels and other LED drivers. Both grayscale control and dot correction are accessible via a serial interface. A single external resistor sets the maximum current value of all 16 channels.

  The TLC5941 features two error information circuits. The LED open detection (LOD) indicates a broken or disconnected LED at an output terminal. The thermal error flag (TEF) indicates an overtemperature condition.

  5、TLC5921

  说明:The TLC5921 is a current-sink constant current driver incorporating shift register and data latch. The current value at constant current output can be set by one external register. The device also incorporates thermal shutdown (TSD) circuitry which turns constant current output off when the junction temperature exceeds the limit, and LED open detection (LOD) circuitry to report the LED was disconnected.

  6、TLC5910

  说明:The TLC5910 is a constant current driver, incorporating a shift register, data latch, and constant current circuitry with current value adjustable, PLL circuitry for gray scale control clock generation, and 1024 gray scale display using pulse width control. The output current is a maximum of 80 mA with 16 bits, and the current value of constant current output can be set by one external resistor. The device has two channel I/O ports. The brightness deviation between LED modules (ICs) can be adjusted by external data input from a display data port. The brightness control for the panel can be accomplished by the brightness adjustment circuitry. Independently of these functions, the device incorporates the shift register and data latch to correct the deviation between LEDs adjusting output current using data from a dot correction data port. Moreover, the device incorporates watchdog timer (WDT) circuitry, which turns the constant current output off when a scan signal is stopped at the dynamic scanning operation. It incorporates thermal shutdown (TSD) circuitry, which turns constant current output off when the junction temperature exceeds the limit. It also incorporates LOD (LED open detection) circuitry, which creates an error signal output when LED disconnection occurs and test mode functions detect LED open or short conditions.

  7、TLC5920

  说明:The TLC5920 is an LED driver incorporating a 16-channel shift register, data latch, and constant current circuitry with current value control and 8-channel common driver into a single chip. The constant output current is capable of 30 mA for 16 bits simultaneously, and the current value can be set by one external register. This device also includes a 16-bit segment driver and 8-bit common driver; therefore, the monocolor LED array with 16 × 8 dots can be driven by only one TLC5920, and a two-color LED array with 16 x 16 dots can be driven by two TLC5920s.

  8、TPS60251

  说明:The TPS60251 is a high efficiency, constant frequency charge pump DC/DC converter that uses a dual mode 1× and 1.5× conversion to maximize efficiency over the input voltage range. It drives up to five white LEDs for a main display and up to two white LEDs for a sub display with regulated constant current for uniform intensity. By utilizing adaptive 1×/1.5× charge pump modes and very low-dropout current regulators, the TPS60251 achieves high efficiency over the full 1-cell lithium-battery input voltage range.

  Four enable inputs, ENmain, ENsub1, ENsub2, and ENaux, available through I2C, are used for simple on/off controls for the main, sub1, sub2, and DM5 displays, respectively. To lower operating current when using one sub display LED, the device provides independent operation in sub display LEDs.

  The TPS60251 is available in a 24-pin 4mmx4mm thin QFN.

  9、TLC5911

  说明:The TLC5911 is a constant current driver incorporating shift register, data latch, and constant current circuitry with a current value adjustable, PLL circuitry for gray scale control clock generation, and 1024 gray scale display using pulse width control. The output current is maximum 80 mA with 16 bits, and the current value of constant current output can be set by one external resistor. The device has two channel I/O ports. The brightness deviation between LED modules (ICs) can be adjusted by external data input from the display data port, and the brightness control for the panel can be accomplished by the brightness adjustment circuitry. Independent of these functions, the device incorporates the shift register and data latch to correct the deviation between LEDs by adjusting the output current using data from the dot correction data port. Moreover, the device incorporates WDT circuitry, which turns constant current output off when the scan signal stops during the dynamic scanning operation, and TSD circuitry, which turns constant current output off when the junction temperature exceeds the limit. Also the LED open detection (LOD) circuitry is used to make error signal output at the LED disconnection.

  10、TLC59116F

  说明:The TLC59116F is an I2C-bus controlled 16-channel LED driver optimized for red/green/blue/amber (RGBA) color mixing applications. Each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed frequency individual PWM controller that operates at 97 kHz with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6% to allow the LED to be set to a specific brightness value. An additional 8-bit resolution (256 steps) group PWM controller has both a fixed frequency of 190 Hz and an adjustable frequency between 24 Hz to once every 10.73 seconds with a duty cycle that is adjustable from 0% to 99.6% that is used to either dim or blink all LEDs with the same value.

  Each LED output can be off, on (no PWM control), set at its individual PWM controller value or at both individual and group PWM controller values. The TLC59116F operates with a supply voltage range of 3 V to 5.5 V and the outputs are 17 V tolerant. LEDs can be directly connected to the TLC59116F device outputs.

  Software programmable LED group and three sub call I2C bus addresses allow all or defined groups of TLC59116F devices to respond to a common I2C bus address, allowing for example, all the same color LEDs to be turned on or off at the same time or marquee chasing effect, thus minimizing I2C bus commands.

  Four hardware address pins allow up to 14 devices on the same bus.

  The software reset (SWRST) call allows the master to perform a reset of the TLC59116F through the I2C bus, identical to the power-on reset (POR) that initializes the registers to their default state causing the outputs to be set high (LED off). This allows an easy and quick way to reconfigure all device registers to the same condition.

  11、TLC59025

  说明:The TLC59025 is designed for LED displays and LED lighting applications. The TLC59025 contains a 16-bit shift register and data latches, which convert serial input data into parallel output format. At the TLC59025 output stage, 16 regulated-current ports provide uniform and constant current for driving LEDs within a wide range of VF variations. Used in system design for LED display applications (e.g., LED panels), the TLC59025 provides great flexibility and device performance. Users can adjust the output current from 3 mA to 45 mA through an external resistor, Rext, which gives flexibility in controlling the light intensity of LEDs. TLC59025 is designed for up to 17 V at the output port. The high clock frequency, 30 MHz, also satisfies the system requirements of high-volume data transmission.

  The serial data is transferred into TLC59025 via SDI, shifted in the shift register, and transferred out via SDO. LE can latch the serial data in the shift register to the output latch. OE enables the output drivers to sink current.

  12、TPS61058

  说明:The TPS61058/9 devices are fixed frequency, synchronous boost dc-dc converters with an integrated down conversion mode. The devices are optimized for driving high power single cell white LEDs up to 800 mA from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V input. The LED current can be programmed to different levels (e.g. torch, flashlight) by a set of external resistors.

  The boost converter is based on a 650 kHz fixed frequency, pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller using a synchronous rectifier to obtain maximum efficiency. The maximum peak current in the boost switch is limited to 1000 mA (TPS61058) and 1500 mA (TPS61059).

  The converter can be disabled to maximize battery life. In the shutdown mode, the load is completely disconnected and the current consumption is reduced to less than 1 ?A. Built-in precharge and soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up.

  The device is packaged in a 10-pin QFN PowerPAD? package measuring 3 mm x 3 mm (DRC).

  13、TLC5930

  说明:The TLC5930 is a constant-current sink driver with an adjustable current value, and 1024 gray scale display that uses pulse width control. The output current is 0.2 mA to 40 mA with 12 bits of RGBx4. The maximum current value of the constant-current output can be set by one external resistor.

  The TLC5930 includes three kinds of brightness adjustment functions: one adjusts the plane brightness between devices, changing the current values of all outputs uniformly. The second adjusts the frequency division to controls overall panel brightness, and the third adjusts the dot correction per LED, changing the current values of independent output.

  The TLC5930 also includes color–tone correction function for correcting color per dot (pixel) and OVM function for constant-current output terminals used for LED failure detection.

  Other features include the thermal error flag (TEF). The active wire-check (AWC) to check the communication between the controller and the device. The LED leakage-detect (LKD) to detect the reverse leakage on the LED. The GCLK error flag (GEF) and the HSYNC error flag (HEF) by monitoring the gray-scale clock count, and the dual source gray-scale clock (DSG) function to switch the gray-scale clock to the external input clock or to switch the internally-generated clock.

  The TLC5930 requires three signals for standard operation: data input and gray-scale clock. Only three-signal line and 24-pin HTSSOP package reduce board area and total cost.

  14、TLC5922

  说明:The TLC5922 is a 16-channel constant-current sink driver. Each channel has an On/Off state and a 128-step adjustable constant-current sink (dot correction). The dot correction adjusts the brightness variations between LED, LED channels, and other LED drivers. Both dot correction and On/Off state are accessible via a serial data interface. A single external resistor sets the maximum current of all 16 channels.

  15、TPS75105

  The TPS7510x linear low dropout (LDO) matching LED current source is optimized for low power keypad and navigation pad LED backlighting applications. The device provides a constant current to up to four unmatched LEDs organized in two banks of two LEDs each in a common-cathode topology. Without an external resistor, the current source defaults to factory-programmable, preset current level with ±0.5% accuracy (typical). An optional external resistor can be used to set initial brightness to user-programmable values with higher accuracy. Brightness can be varied from off to full brightness by inputting a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal on each Enable pin. Each bank has independent enable and brightness control, but current matching is done to all four channels concurrently. The input supply range is ideally suited for single-cell Li-Ion battery supplies and the TPS7510x can provide up to 25mA per LED.

  No internal switching signals are used, eliminating troublesome electromagnetic interference (EMI). The TPS7510x is offered in an ultra-small, 9-ball, 0.4mm ball-pitch wafer chip-scale package (WCSP) and a 2,5mm × 2,5mm, 10-pin SON package, yielding a very compact total solution size ideal for mobile handsets and portable backlighting applications. The device is fully specified over TJ = -40°C to +85°C.
