The low-pro铿乴e D374-Type Laser Module is ideally suited for
short- and long-reach SONET and other high-speed digital
applications.
Description
The D374-Type Uncooled Laser Module consists of a
laser diode coupled to a single-mode 铿乥er pigtail.
The device is available in a standard, 8-pin con铿乬u-
ration (see Figure 1 and/or Table 1) and is ideal for
short-reach and other high-speed digital applica-
tions. It is developed speci铿乧ally for 2.5 Gbits/s appli-
cations.
The module includes a multiquantum-well Fabry-
Perot (MQW F-P) laser and an InGaAs PIN photo-
diode back-facet monitor in an epoxy-free, hermeti-
cally sealed package.
